A 25 year surface warranty is extended to the original purchaser of Siberian prefinished aluminum oxide flooring, guaranteeing the finish will not wear through or separate from flooring when used under normal residential conditions.
Scratching due to negligence and normal wear, color change from exposure to light, and improper installation are excluded from this warranty.
Hardwax oil finishes are not covered under this warranty, as periodic updating to surface finish is recommended.
